Daniel brings more than 20 years of legal experience in Queensland, having advised and represented clients across the government, retail, industrial and mining sectors. His career spans a broad range of complex legal matters, including industrial relations, disputes, corporate governance, and the negotiation of significant procurement, financing, and commercial transactions.

This depth and diversity of experience means Daniel understands the practical realities facing businesses and organisations — not just the legal issues. He provides clear, considered advice that is grounded in commercial sense and tailored to each client's specific circumstances.

 

In the commercial space, Daniel has particular expertise in construction, engineering and mining services contracts, share sale agreements, and shareholder deeds — bringing a practical, transaction-focused approach to each matter.

 

In the industrial relations space, Daniel advises and represents clients across a wide range of employment matters, including unfair dismissal and general protections claims, workplace investigations, enterprise agreement negotiation, and the increasingly complex area of Same Job, Same Pay regulated labour hire arrangement orders.

 

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Laws from Griffith University and a Master of Laws from Queensland University of Technology. He is a member of the Queensland Law Society and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
